Louisa Sharp

Louisa originally worked at Dixons Allerton Academy for 11 years, before spending 5 years as a School Business Manager at a local primary school. Louisa returned to Dixons as a member of the Shared Services Team in 2018 as HR & Payroll Manager and is now currently the Head of HR & Payroll. As a qualified HR Generalist, Louisa’s area of expertise include employee relations, HR & Payroll compliance, learning and development, performance management and HR systems and Analytics. Louisa has also been the Trust’s Data Protection Officer for 3 years.
