Our Centre for Growth is the home of talent and development across Dixons.   

We know that our people are our most valuable asset, they are what makes our organisation great. At Dixons, we believe in continual professional growth for all members of our team: our people deserve support at every step of their career. Growing our people 
We are passionate and unapologetic in our relentless focus on learning.  We know how mastery and professional growth motivates us.  Our Centre for Growth professional development offer incorporates statutory, technical and behavioural training, ranging from facilitating the Early Career Framework and NPQs for teachers, to our own leadership programmes, coaching training and Women in Education network and induction training for associate staff new in role.  

Growing our organisation 
Our Centre for Growth is proud of its agile response to our needs as an organisation.  We coordinate over 30 Cross Cutting Teams, which bring together domain experts to influence and implement effective practice.   
 
Growing our commitment to the sector 
We seek to contribute to the wider educational sector in key areas of our expertise including Key Stage 3, attendance and behaviour and as an EEF Research School (Bradford) where we mobilise evidence and evidence-informed practice. Our commitment to the sector is an iterative process: we contribute, influence and learn.
