Associate staff
We couldn't function without our dedicated associate staff. As our schools grow, so does the role of our amazing associate staff in our academies, as well as central shared services including estates, finance, governance, IT, HR and communications.
We want Dixons to be the employer of choice for staff across every discipline in our trust, not just teachers. That's why we are invested in making our central shared services sector leading and ensuring we have an exceptional team to deliver excellence to our academies.
At Dixons, we value commitment to self determination. Because of this, our staff are given the freedom and autonomy to innovate and shape their roles, making a real difference to the development of their functions. Like our teaching staff, we are dedicated to supporting our associate teams' professional development, offering regular coaching and access to training and development programmes through our Centre for Growth.
Many of our roles in central services are hybrid or remote, with the option to work from our central office in Bradford or a school near home.
