Our associate and business services staff are integral to the smooth and successful running of our academies, providing the expertise and support that enable our schools to thrive every day.

At Dixons, we value commitment to self-determination. Because of this, our staff are given the freedom and autonomy to innovate and shape their roles, making a real difference to the development of their functions. Like our teaching staff, we are dedicated to supporting our associate teams' professional development, offering regular coaching and access to training and development programmes through our Centre for Growth.
